These terms govern your use of ApexRun. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Fitness and Safety

ApexRun provides training information, estimates, and coaching suggestions. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury risk.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use ApexRun lawfully.

Subscriptions

Apex Pro and Apex Pro+ subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the App Store or Google Play. Trial availability, pricing, taxes, and renewal terms may vary by platform and region.

User Content

You retain ownership of your activity data, profile content, routes, and shared highlights. You grant ApexRun the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and operate the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse ApexRun, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Beta features may change or be removed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ApexRun is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
