Privacy Policy

ApexRun is a running and fitness app. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, user ID, profile settings, and subscription entitlement state.
• Fitness data: runs, distance, pace, duration, elevation, heart rate, HRV, sleep, recovery score, and training load when you choose to connect supported health services.
• Location data: approximate and precise location while recording activities, including GPS route points.
• Camera-derived form data: pose landmarks and form metrics processed on device. Camera frames are not uploaded for form analysis.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, performance traces, and redacted app logs used to improve reliability.

How We Use Data

We use your data to provide activity tracking, route maps, coaching, recovery insights, social features, subscriptions, fraud prevention, support, and app reliability monitoring.

Third Parties

ApexRun may use Supabase, Mapbox, Google services, Apple services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Sentry, and RevenueCat. These providers process data only for app functionality, diagnostics, authentication, payments, messaging, mapping, or hosting.

Location Privacy

Location is collected only for activity recording and route features. ApexRun includes route privacy controls intended to obscure sensitive start and end locations.

Health Data

Health data is used for training and recovery features. We do not sell health data and do not use it for advertising tracking.

Your Controls

• You can revoke health, camera, notification, and location permissions in system settings.
• You can delete your account in the app under Profile or through the account deletion page.
• You can request export or deletion support at support@apexrun.app.

Retention

Account deletion starts removal of account-linked data. Some records may be retained briefly for security, legal, payment, or backup reasons, then purged according to operational schedules.
