Delete your ApexRun account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: Profile -> Delete Account.

Email request

If you cannot access the app, email support@apexrun.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "ApexRun account deletion".

What is deleted

Account-linked profile data, activities, friendships, kudos, achievements, recovery records, and related application data are scheduled for deletion.

What may be retained briefly

Payment, fraud-prevention, security, legal, and backup records may be retained as required, then purged according to operational schedules.
